We Are
Krystal – math teacher – and I, Cha-Chi the welding teacher – crossed paths for the first time when Krystal took on the task of tutoring my students in math. On the first day, Krystal observed me administering a safety meeting where she mentioned later that she noticed my particular directions on correctly lifting objects and my firmness on preventing joint injury. As our acquaintance progressed, I explained that the lack of proper guidance in my young life allowed for me to grow up doing everything by trial and error. Working out wrong for many years, and despite the gains that I had experienced, I now suffer from a few injuries that had been disguised by my youth. We then began the discussion of undisputable importance of correcting form and posture while working out.  From that discussion, the idea for Correxercise arose, and together we began teaching the importance of correct exercise.

Our Goal

We want to provide everyone with a proper foundation for exercise that will reduce injuries, increase benefits from exercise, and lead to a lifetime full of accomplishments.

  • During my athletic and fitness career, I have developed an oversight that allows me the ability to see far beyond what I’m looking at. Poor form and posture during workouts is actually defeating the purpose of the workout, ultimately becoming the beginning to an end. Where as, a long life of achievements should be the goal, right? Doing things the right way is ultimately a sure avenue to achieving life goals. It is my belief that CORRECT EXERCISE is a medicine: healing mentally, physically, and emotionally.

  • Specializes in strength training, injury prevention, and bodybuilding.
  • Coming from a history completely opposite of my close friend/business partner, where health and fitness literally saved my life, I chose to make exercising a lifestyle. With over 20 years of trial and error experience, I too have developed a devoted belief that existence for progression is key and doing things the right way, especially in exercise, is the tool for self-preservation and longevity.
